Health - The Most Important
We all want ourselves and our loved ones to be healthy. Unfortunately many of us aren't. I'm not going to pretend to know everything, but I can tell you some things I've learned and wholeheartedly believe with every ounce of my being:
Sugar is poisoning many of us via carbs and sugar in it's various forms
Type 2 diabetes should be called "chronic sugar abuse"
Most (nearly all) of our health problems are caused by some form of inflammation
Inflammation is usually (always?) caused by overactive immune response, caused by too much sugar
Ketogenic diets can cure nearly every ailment known to man, and make you feel superhuman
Limit your carbs to 40g per day or less you will feel amazing
If you have many allergies (as I do) a carnivore diet (a specific type of keto diet) is the healthiest elimination diet - meaning it eliminates all of the allergens that are messing you up
Beef is the healthiest meat (and food) that humans can eat
Dietary fat is not bad for you whatsoever, as long as you watch your carbs and caloric intake
Alcohol is never good for you in any amount
Most of us are dehydrated, don't breathe properly, and don't get enough sleep
